Hello all Technician friends so l have Canon MF4430 but my computer not knowing this mf by usb ..l trying changing the usb cable for other good cable but it's nothing ..please urgently help me ?

Try with onother computer.If you get the same result the main controller is faulty.

What is the masage from comp?

well the costumer was trying in her computer but any chance ...my computer was installed her driver very well ...but if l try print a copy any message appeared and the copy not copy ....

When you plug in the USB cable is the machine recognised by the PC, e.g. can you hear a sound & get a message about new device found?

ok my friend ..when l plug in usb cable we not listen a sound also the first time it have this message but if l cloused this machine and open again it not get any message ....pls help

yeah l try with another pc but never ....l wait another helping !
