Canon ir2020i

Dear all ,

i installed a new copier IRA2020I in a few days and everything ok just there;s a small problem but didnt solve with me , the copier works in a very good condition but the problem is when i want to make a print from the pc and i want to use the manual feed ,the machine give load a4 paper,also any kind of paper a3,a5 ,and i already did and i cant press the ok on the screen to choose the manual feed just stuckin and said load paper ,this just happen from pirnt ,in copy normal take manual feed easily any suggestion please .


by the way i changed drivers also didnt work
