Latest Canon Firmware

Currently I'm specifically looking for the Latest Firmware for the iRC3200 and iRC3220.

I have 38.02 loaded and have been having issues with scan to file, and want to see if upgrading to the latest will help.

Also, is there anywhere on the World Wide Web I can find an actively updated list of the latest firmware revisions for Canon Copiers? Better yet, is there any place where I can download the latest?

Need to know the specific model, the 3200 and 3220 use different software and does the machine have an imagepass on it and what model it is.

Thank you for that! The document says Updated as of 12/10/2005, but it looks like the individual lines are up to date.

I was looking for both 3200 and 3220 w/ no ImagePasses.

Looks like the latest firmware is 38.02 for both (DC-CON right?)

Both of my 3200's and the 3220 are up to 38.02... ugh.

Should I look to upgrade the Boot as well? Will that possibly help if i'm having SMB Scan issues?

Are you a Canon dealer or Canon service man ?

go to the download center for the SST and firmware can be found on the home page on the right side toward the top of the page

You can have what you need on Canon e-support if you have an ID dealer or ID serviceman, otherwise it is impossible to get those files.

If I have C1 box attached with irc3220, which way I can load firmware? Connect laptop to the box by paralell or RJ-45 cable or have to connect to the machine by RJ-45 cable? thanks
