Dear Friends,
I have an IR3300i M/C that is connected to a pc with a cross over cable to form a network . The problem is I cant send any document to a shred folder on the pc . I am using Windows SMB > browse> work group> computer name> > When I enter the user name and password which are 100% correct the m/c prompt me to check them . No Problem printing or scanning(scan gear).

What is the PC operating system? Win7 or Vista?

SMB of iR3300 login security might be lower to match newer version of Vista or higher.

Have you try using FTP method? But will need to install FTP software in the PC.
