[Error Code] E0003-0004 on IRadv C5051

Hi,
this error code, E0003-0004 appeared back in May and I replaced the fixing film unit (FM3-5951).
The same error code has shown up again after four months, and I have reset and tested the copier.
All seems well and the fixing temp looks normal. These are the readings at idle:
fix c 28 deg c
fix e 38
fix e2 28
temp2 28
fix e3 28
Can anybody advise on any possible cause for this code?

Make sure u have the latest firmware v69.03.03 loaded/ especially DCON ver.60.01 which addresses some Temperature issues

make sure you didn't crack the heating element/inspect>> and re-seat unit

check the right door so that SW 5 (the AC interlock switch is properly activated).
check the Fixing Drawer connector for small pieces of paper wedged inside it
check the connection of the AC driver connector (to see if the connector is physically removed or disconnected, or the cable is caught).
