IR5180 light print and fax
Hey all,
Recently installed a 5180 w/Imagepass H1. When the customer prints SOME Adobe, the prints come out light. When printing from word, notepad, wordpad or anything else(web page) they come out fine.
My first thought was print driver or setting, but here's the catch, ALL incoming faxes print light too.
Copying and internal prints from *28* and H1 are fine.
According to setup, has the latest version software, I did not look to confirm. Any Ideas?
I'm new to Canon, so ask if you need more info.
