[Jamming] What makes this kind of paper JAM in IR8070

Hi i have attach the paper that jams. The paper get folded in the Registration assembly and passes through the fixing unit and jams. Cleaned the registration assembly and clutch also lubricated. what causes this kind of jam. the photo of the paper is taken in A4R.

replace the registration clutch, have seen instances where it folds at pickup if so replace the clutch there too

not familar with this particular model...

check vertical clutch, clutch that is right before timming clutch.

machines should have alittle buckle between the two clutches, but if vertical clutch slips.....

i have seen it a bit on minoltas..hope it helps

looks like theres somthing on the Transfer Corona,try to change the the TS , and watch the steps of the paper passage see if the paper flying befor its entering the fixing assembly ,this didnt happen in one copy this happen when you make more than copy right ?,

change all the TS assemble with a new one must solve the problem ,it about attraction between the paper and the TS.im sure that the paper is flying also check the Drum fingers some times paper when flyin touch the fingers and make this

Thanks u all guys....for your kind support. Cleaned the registration clutch faces with mild soap. problem solved, checked by taking a 1000 copies No jam.
