the finisher theres a lock located on the right of the finisher where the paper tryin to enter it , this lock when you install the finisher puting on it a red belt ,remove it must solve the problem also ,make sure that you connected the cable and power supply for the finisher

      Thanks sir
I removed all the locks and also installed the power supply
Now the bin moved up and didn't move down. And the machine will show the error E 000716

and also want to find out if the double cassette models has something to do with the error

      Thanks

e716=which indicates a problem with the communication between the machine and the cassette pedestal or the two-way unit.
Were the connectors checked & re-seated. > check on The DC Controller, Cassette Pedestal Driver PCB and the 2-way unit driver PCB

Try disconnecting Cassette Feeding unit > & power up printer

Cut all of the tie wraps on the light blue wiring harness that goes from the cassette pedestal to the machine. The harness is shown in the picture below.

          Thanks sir
I wil go back check it and update U.

The machine came without a pedestal. Can that be the problem?
and also where can you locate the 2-way unit driver pcb

          Thanks once again

The second cassette called pedestal. just remove all connectors comes from second cassette. if it solve your problem then replace the second cassette driver pcb. Regards.

Remove second cartons of OK, I have more than one, can not solve, so the board changed will not work, change line should be good, but no parts
