You must upload a printed image to understand your problem as it is.
Today i had this problem,but it was fusing problem,because of very low preasure between rollers.
I will first start with ITB cleaning blade.
Change it and make a ITB cleaning in Service Mode and make a full calibration and see if it is a diference.
Bad drums can cause this also but lasers Zoraldinho is talking about,i dont think they have problems with registration if the machine worked before,
