It's forbidden reuse of the thrust fixing roller retainer. When removing the thrust fixing roller retainer during disassembling the fixing assembly, do not reuse it.
Plastic deformation occurs when removing the thrust fixing roller retainer, reducing the grip force.

When removed the thrust fixing roller retainer, use the new part. The fixing roller has been set as a periodically
replaced part (by 500,000 sheets). When replacing it, replace the thrust fixing roller retainer at the same time.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words

This is not uncommon, with the absence of an Error Code I can only suggest, first check if there is any damage to the Sensor (FK2-0149-000) or the bracket which holds it, you have the correct Fixing Roller (ir5055 & 5570 are different and retainers won't match) also make sure the Gears on the Fix Roll are on the correct ends (one is a longer slot) also check the Pressure Roller Bearings (the Bearings will wear the Rollers' shaft putting more pressure on one side), check the IH coil Sleeve is not twisted.

IH stands for "induction heating."= heats the fixing roller

When high-frequency current is supplied to a coil arranged inside a heater unit
, a high-frequency magnetic field develops around the coil. The filed serves to permit the flow of eddy current (induction current) to the fixing roller, causing the roller to heat on its own.

Assuming you have access to the Parts Manual, the Sleeve is - Fig 810 Item 15 FC6-3525-000. Basically the Sleeve is driven by M15 via gears on each end of the shaft which drives the gears at each end of the Fix Roll assy, this mechanism should rotate clockwise/anticlockwise quite freely using a finger to rotate manually - if it does not or it feels tight, then the Sleeve is probably twisted (the Sleeve can be realigned manually) but suspect & replace Photointerupter FK2-0149-000 as the culprit, if it is faulty or dirty will cause the Fix Roll to be stressed, break the 52T gear and/or crack/tear the end of the Fixing Roller - hope this helps.
