          If the message comes back after cleaning go into service mode

          COPIER>OPTION>IMG-RDR

          reduce the values of DF2DSTL1 & DF2DSTL2 by 10 or so but make sure you restart the copier as it has to recalibrate the white plate and your adjustments.
