    Canon IR 7105

I have a Canon IR 7105 that is jamming a lot when I start copying. I try to copy one-sided copies but the machine seems to process them as if they were two sided. What I mean is that after the copies go through the fusion unit, they try to go down to the unit that process two sided copies but they get jammed there.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

This is a normal operation. The machine procceds this way to have face down prints. For the jams, it would be helpful if you send the jam code.

        Hello,

010C is a delay jam at sensor PS10. Verify the paper path, paper guides ...

1107: Stationnary jam at the entrance of the finisher. Paper doesn't leave sensor UN13 in the required time interval.

To get a jam error details, enter Service mode> Copier > Disolay > Jam > select your jam.
