[Misc] CANON IR6870Ci TOUCH SCREEN PANEL NOT RESPONDING

Hi,
Good day, just want to ask some help on my canon Ir6870, the touch screen panel is not responding, but the buttons on the right is ok, i can not reset the code, its because the screen is not responding.
Please help.

Or simply replace the touch screen, it is quite cheap FK2-0246

Hi, Sir, the code appearing now is E05, i think the web roller is done, i resettted it 2 times already just to buy time waiting for the web roller to arrive, now i can do the simulation on the panel keys, but when i use the touch panel screen, up to the copier thing, the touch panel wont function. Is it the analog panel has the problem or the whole panel itself.Thank you very much.
