iRC 3380 print problem

Good day guys,

I have a unit Canon iRC 3380 which sometimes will PRINT rubbish character out. Copying no problem at all.

Have check the printer driver currently using PS3 version 4.7

Any idea you guys have encounter before ? Appreciate if anyone can give some advice. Thank you

This seems to be a Driver issue, make sure you have the latest version and also upgrade the Firmware (V94.01,I think) - to check the current version press Counter Button then Device Config, the version will be shown next to MCONT.

Maybe it's just a faulty pdf they are trying to print. Some pdf creators are really making crap.

yeah try diff docs. Narrow it down to maybe a custome PDF?
