[Electrical] IR 7105 error 840-0001 on DC controller

i have an ir 7105 and have error 840-0001 on startup.it fix by replacing DC controller board
but whats fault and problem on DC controller that show 840-0001 ?!! can i fix it ?!!

An HP detection error has occurred in relation to the fixing inlet sensor (fixing wrap jam
detection).
-0000 The home position is not detected when he sensor is moved up/down (i.e., the sensor has not gone on).
Disconnect and then connect J508, J552, and J553 of the DC controller PCB.
Disconnect and then connect J4001 and J4002 of the fixing inlet sensor ascent/descent motor driver PCB;
as necessary, replace the fixing inlet sensor ascent/descent motor. Replace the fixing inlet sensor ascent/descent motor driver PCB.
-0001 The home position is not detected when the sensor is moved up/down (i.e., the sensor has not gone off).

Maybe your old DC controller is not demaged,just poor connection on J508,J552,J553,J4001,J4002!

i checked all of this connectors and test my old pcb on other machines and still have error 840-0001 on startup again
i think have a fault on pcb like ICs or transistors ! or a fault data on my pcb !?
what do you think !?

E840, sub code 001. Check the Fuse (FU108) on the DC Controller, (FM2-4355-120), to see if it is open. This part of the circuit supplies 5V to the sensors in the fuser area: PS6, 9, 10 and 11. Check for a pinched wire going to these sensors. The wire harness for the sensors is FM2-5098-000. Replacing the wire harness is time consuming and it may be best to replace the Fixing frame assembly, (FM2-6146-000).

a problem on wiring of web missing or warning sensor that can be made a fault and error 840 on dc controller.it must have trubleshooting on the board and search for fault.
