    IRADV7065 with error code 843-0001

    Hi has anyone seen a 843 Error code on a Canon IRADV7065 my engineer has been in and swapped around the mains leads but still gets the same problem, just wondering if anyone has seen this.

      E843 means loss of power to the fusing unit, check power cord terminal, especially the right connector on it, maybe its loose or burnt
      If sometimes you feel a little useless, offended and depressed always remember that you were once the fastest and most victorious sperm of hundreds of millions!

          hi i got this sorted, it was the lower lamp cable had rubbed against a rotating shaft and was shorting out.
          There are two circuit breakers and one was off which causes the 843 error .
