HELLO EVERYONE!
Customer moved the machine (irc5870U + desktop Ecopy) to difference floor,they forgot the ID&PASSWORD (person in charge :ADMIN &IT PERSONEL), when we reinstalled the machine.we only see the Ecopy in the network...(assigned the same IP address) but can not see the machine ...I reseted system management password ,MMI,Mdcon...reboot the machine several times....still can not create the new ID&PW (so I can change IP adress in TCP/IP. : I saw at the bottom left only "CANCELL " ICON show (availlable to touch)....On the bottom right :the "OK" ICON : GREY OUT...how to fix this problems...Thank you .
