    [Error Code] Error E747-8000

    Hi All again
(Been a while since i was here last)

We have a iRC3580 with a J1 Fiery on it, and the end user are using Mac's & PC's
We are getting a lot of Error E747-8000 from both platforms

    So far we have.....

Replaced and reloaded the fiery J1 HDD
Replaced the Main controller and the open interface PCB and added another dimm (on the device making 1.5gig)(No idea why that was done)
Replaced the motherboard pcb and added another 256mb dimm to the J1...
Banged our heads against the wall...
and now ran out of ideas..

    Any suggestions will be grateful

    Re: Error E747-8000

It has been found that cleaning & re-seating all boards on the main controller can resolve E747 codes

just follow instructions in pdf / disregard models listed/

this works 95% of the time

    another note___
A small percentage of Main Controller PCB’s may generate E747 Error Codes, Background or Signal Noise Lines when coming out of Energy Saver Mode, Low Power Mode or Sleep Mode 1.
As a result, the Main Controller PCB has been revised.

This updated Main Controller PCB enables the equipment to gracefully recover from Energy Saver Mode, Low Power Mode or Sleep Mode 1.

The updated repaired Main Controller PCB'S will be identified
    by a green dot> #xxx-xxxx -010 extension

latest Main is now up to FM2-9163-020

      An Update on this problem
Went and cleaned and reseated all the sub PCB also replaced then DIMM and added another one
And a day later i was back again
So replaced the Main Controller with another one (The one we already replaced was a 000, so replaced it with a 020, but was back again yesterday

So we replaced the Fiery Mother PCB and the 2 DIMMS

No calls today (A Bonus), will keep up updated
