IR 7105/7095 issue when copying

Hello,

Here in Nicaragua we have a paper called Sealed Paper used to make legal statements and stuff like that. The size of the paper is 8.5'' x 13''. When I try to make copies out of it, using the feeder on the IR 7105 (and setting LGL paper 8.5'' X 14'') one of the sides is incomplete on the bottom... any ideas? is there an adjustment I could make? Even if I reduce the copy to 90% 80% the bottom is incomplete...

the scanner is trying to scan a standard paper size which your original is not. We have fought issues like this in the past and I do not recall finding a solution for it.
