Try to print but is giving me "waiting to print" on screen. Any ideas. Thanks

fuser might not be at a ready state.....check the connector where the fuser tray plugs into the machine. it could be cracked causing a poor connection.
I would also pull your back panel off and clean out your main controller and then reseat all the board and memory DIMM's
Have you tried opening and reseating the the doors on the device?
does it do the same thing after rebooting the device?Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned. -

usually a memory issue/ remove>clean ends>re-seat-
or if u are using a Fiery (imagePass)--
check the Open Interface Cable>>remove>inspect>re-connect
power off/on check if u can make glass copies -????
