    IR 2318 E0007-000

    Hi all,

    I have a problem in canon IR 2318, shows E0007-000
    I can't enter the service mode to clear the error,
    so what can I do to clear this error.

      Need to replace fixing film first!

          hi....ya it is the fixing film....may it is damaged or does not rotate....that is the code we call it(james bond)

              ..check the fixing film.not rotate or see for scratch..
