    power off printer>
    lift up hopper>
    release T/B handle>
see if u can slide out the drum/dev unit ?

if u can> now try to slide out the T/B Unit while drum/dev unit is out---

T/B unit may not be sitting on slide rails correct

sounds like the shipping screws are installed in the ITB frame.

When you drop down the handle do you see the belt cam down at all or is it still flush with the drums?

good point on T/B lock in screws /

if the T/B cams do not fully rotate when handle is released/
u will have a headache issue to deal with

u will then have to remove all Drums/Dev's. completely to inspect that T/B UNIT
