canon ir5800 error code

Can anyone tell me what this error code means? and maybe how to clear it?

E000003-0043

I turned the main power switch off and on like it told me to, but that didn't clear the error.

any help would be wonderful!

a number of things

there are a number of things from a flat spot on the fixing roller vibrating the thermistor, also shims might be needed on the fixing assy connector to other things like grease on springs needed etc. including poor power line conditions, noise on the 120 volt line that you can only detect with an oscilloscope, basically causes the reference zero voltage not to be zero anymore, and of course we are dealing with digital machines, ones and zeros, just like your computer. when it trys to make a decision it cant because zero is now one.
anyhow resetting it is not a cure. You really need a tech to resolve.
