Canon irc 3200 yellow background

My canon irc3200 gives me yellow background when i make a photocopy but works perfectly when i print...please help..thx

Try cleaning the optics & do a full auto gradation.

your description not accurate ,first of all make sure that you are using Original Toner ,also remove the drum and look under it is theres a yellow powder ? if so change new drum , also what the Drum Life counter ?
