i want your help i face a problem with ir 3100c that the customer want to make the received fax not print but transfer to file on computer

your machine would have to have universal send installed on it in order to accomplish this.

yes sir, the machine have the universal send and the option scan to file work

Additional Functions > Communication Setting > Fax Settings > RX Settings

NOTE
• If the optional Color Universal Send Kit is installed, you can receive I-faxes into memory.
• If the optional Super G3 FAX Board is installed, you can receive faxes into memory.
