[Jamming] Dadf-U1 for Canon ir 3245 etc machines

I Have a Dadf-U1 that continues to jam at pickup. I've replaced the pad and both pick-up and feed. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I've also cleaned the two spring drive clutches. Any ideas?

Pick-up jams are common with this type of DADF.

There's a repair kit available, part number FM3-7085-000, which includes modified clutches, document guide and separation pad.
