are u getting jam codes ?

Duplex only jams on this model= Replace the Duplex Driver PCB & Fuse PCB at same time

also check the black delivery rollers on door / they soften up from heat/
+ check for a warped duplex tray

I swapped with another one fuser and duplex unit and still the same.

        what exactly did you swap

u mean u swapped the problem machine fuser unit & the duplex unit to another 3200 and duplex issue followed it to other working printer ??//

// or do u mean good parts from other working printer (fuser and duplex unit) have exactly same issue in problem machine ??

if problem printer DUPLEX unit issue followed to working printer then DULPEX is warped
if the good DUPLEX unit was swapped to problem printer and issue is same > DUPLEX DRIVER & FUSE PCB are no good

          What Teckit says:

The duplex pcb is burned and the blown the fuse on fuse pcb. Replace them both, or solder a new fuse on the fuse pcb and try if it works now.

I swapped a good fuser and duplex from another machine and put them in my machine and the problem was the same.

              OK !
              > so the good fuser and duplex from another machine has same issue

that only enforces what I told u to do ---
replace the Duplex Driver PCB & Fuse PCB at same time in the problem printer

there is a fuse that deteriorates on fuse pcb. >>either FU26 or FU27 or both> mostly on FU27--
the continuity read across fuse will read good> it's the voltage across them that breaks down-
on FU27 it must be a constant 5v> issue is when it reads 2.5/3v-constant. / FU26

all the fuses never completely read as an open(bad) unless caused by a short--to ground-- or motor binding.

Duplex driver is also effected by this----

issue is usually on FU26 - 24V or FU27 -5v / voltage across drops-is not constant / it affects the Duplex driver also

How to troubleshoot the DC-fuse PCB or a missing voltage in the machine.
When a overcurrent or a short to ground occurs in the machine such as a motor binding or a wire shorted to the frame of the machine, a fuse on the DC-fuse PCB should open to prevent damage to the machine. The DC-fuse PCB is located in the rear lower left of the machine mounted on the DC-power supply. The circuit diagram for the power distribution is found on page 105 & 106 of the technical reference guide.
The fuse, voltage, connectors, and the destination of the voltage is listed below.

[QUOTE=teckat;319232]did u try the problem printer's fuser and duplex in the working printer No,in fact!

When paper reversed it stops in the entrance of duplex, under the fuser, where is a motor in the left side of duplex.

Tinny did ya replace the boards yet? If been there several times, the duplex pcb isn;t powering de duplex motor. Thats my it stops just before is goes underneeth the fuser.

I got it working by replaceing both boards or just soldering a new fuse, guess i was lucky a few times.

Hi I had the same problem and I replaced Both the Duplex Driver PCB and Fuse PCB at the same time. I also changed the Duplex Motor - M26. I am now getting a paper jam error in the duplexing assembly. There is no paper there and of course i can't print. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
