    [Jamming] Canon IR3245

I have intermittent jams on a IR3245 that the customer has brought to my attention. Does this machine have jamming issues?

    The jam codes without date and meters are;

    0 0101 1 LTR
    1 0044 1 LTR
    1 0004 1 LTR
    1 0007 1 LTR
    1 0003 1 LTR
    0 1011 9 LTR

I don't have the manual for this machine.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    Location
    of the jam: 0 - 2 (0:host machine, 1:Feeder, 2:Finisher)
    Paper feed position
    1: Cassette 1, 2: Cassette 2, 3: Cassette 3, 4: Cassette 4, 5: Side paper deck, 6: Manual feed tray, 7: Duplex section

    0 0101 1 LTR=cassette 1 tray sensor-PS10
1 0044 1 LTR=ADF 1st sheet registration sensor stationary-PI2-The 1st original has been identified as a registration sensor stationary jam.
1 0004 1 LTR=ADF registration sensor stationary-PI2-After the registration sensor has gone on, it does not go off even when the paper has been moved for 500 mm (700 mm if in extra length mode).
10007 1 LTR=ADF delivery sensor delay-PI3,PI4-The delivery sensor does not detect paper even after the read motor has rotated for a specific period of time in response to the read request signal from the reader unit.
1 0003 1 LTR=ADF registration sensor delay-PI2-The registration sensor does not detect paper with 1.5 sec after pickup.
    0 1011 9 LTR= S1 FINISHER inlet path sensor feed delay jam-PI5

1011 Jam can also be caused by the Foam Pads for the Fixing Delivery Reversal Flapper. Check to see if the Foam Pads are missing or damaged. The part number for the Foam Pads are FC5-0693-000.
