hi there.... hope someone can guide me. i have a problem with canon IRC3100. always error E0000070-0003. i change new ITB Belt. when switch on machine E0000070-0003 will appear. when clear the error code machine can use as usual. but after machine sleep (energy saver), error code will appear again. need to clear error then i can use the machine as usual. this machine cant switch off. if switch off machine the error will appear. have any idea or need to change any parts on this machine? hope someone can help me to solve this problem...

Hello,
E007 cannot be cleared in service mode.
When you instal the new transfer belt (ITB), be sure to have its white patch at the rear side and be sure to instal it between the belt position sensor and the small plastic guide which is just above the sensor, so that it can read the white patch.

Ensure the ground spring (FC5-0516-000) is not bent and grounding the registration hard roller (FL2-0104-000) properly. It may be necessary to clean the grease to insure a good ground path.
Straighten the ground if BENT. Clean surface to ensure proper grounding.

When facing the right side of the machine with the right door open, plate number FC5-0364-000 is located near the front side of the machine at the bottom of the front side of the ITB Assembly.
Plate number FC5-0365-000 can be located on the rear side of the machine after the ITB Assembly is removed.
Both plates are listed in the parts catalog on figure 102 items 25 and 26.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
