Hi, We have a ICD880 in the shop that prints blank copies when copying. It prints internally generated documents fine so the printer section is working fine. The scanner led bar is lit but it prints out blank copies. Does anyone have any ideas? Is this adjustable. There is a section of the service mode that pertains to the scanner with some adjustments but I haven't touched them yet. I did an all clear on the machine with no change. Any help will be appreciated.

Check the ribbon cable from the ccd unit all the way back to the board. These cables are known to have bad connections or open wires.Like the United States Postal Service It's a miracle it works! -
