iR4570 dirty copy when doing duplex

Hi expert,

does anyone face this problem before? i had replace a drum but dirty copy always occur at the edge of paper when doing duplex.

Lead Edge Background Through the Feeder

adjust the Document Feeder Height.
Feeder Height Adjustment can be found on page 4-15 of the DADF-N1 Service Manual.

Hi Brianho,

I am a little bit confused with your thread.

-I suppose that you don't have the same copy quality with the recto.
-Is the issue the same when copying with DADF and on the glass?
-What is the size of your original document?
