[Dead] Ipf 6200

Hi tou you all I'm searching for a service manual (not the user manual) for canon ipf 6200, my problem is i'm using compatible ink cartridge.
The thing is that the printer always indicate to replace ink tank grey and matte black. it seems that the detection level is not working,
i don't know how to get it to print again. if you have a solution i will be happy to know the trick.
