I'm having problems getting the remote ui to come up with a used imagerunner c6800 w/ imagepass-d1. The fiery web tools launches the browser to port 8080 where the only thing displayed is "RemoteUI Contents is Not Found!!" and "RUI Module Version : 1294".


I've configured three mailboxes and scanned a few documents into box 3. I cannot get WebScan to show anything for any value entered in the mailbox input. I have been able to get documents to myself by going through printer setting's scan menu where I set the destination to be an email address. Ideally I'd like to use the mailboxes and have scanned documents available directly to each workstation.

Any help or guidance on either of my problems would be greatly appreciated.

maybe a setting in setup or needs flashed

i always say this " i cant remember" but maybe there is a setting in the fiery setup that you can turn on or off rui. If not maybe you just need to flash the fiery to the latest version. something like 1.2 or 2 "cant remember". I have flashed them before it is easy.
