Hi guys i have this machine by mark canon ir 3100 at fest it was giving this code Eooo6o4-oooo but i reset the machine. but now the machine when you copy it will came out black with no image please what can i do to solve this problem.

According to the SM, that error code is pointing to; The image memory (SDRAM) is faulty/insufficient

Is the scanning lamp coming on ? What do you mean by reset machine (main/DC/Reader controller clear or error clear) ?

usually just a good cleaning on the contacts in the main controller cage cures some of these types of errors.Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.Comment

Check that the C3100 has the maximum 768MB of ram on the Main Controller. The C3100 will produce an E604 without the extra 256MB that came with the imagePASS-E1.
if no fiery>E604 indicates there is a shortage of image memory or a memory fault (SDRAM).
