Canon IR-7105 V1 finisher

Jams with error code 110f. The swing guide assembly does not always sit at the correct height. When it fails to open or "gets tired" and shuts it jams. I replace the 3 phot sensors associated with the swing arm motor and height position sensors. I'm going to replace the operation assy. P/N: FM2-6376. Not in manual but a sticker on the assy.

Anyone have a similar issue? Should I get a finisher control PWB (1st, also)?

That part number is correct. It will cure your problem.
It has been a while, but I recall a cam in that area wearing out
there is also a press fitted pin in that area which breaks.
