I have a problem with a printer imagePRESS C1 leave white spots in full color prints on thick paper, attached sample.
I have reviewed the transfer unit and the drum

If that is Letter size paper, by the spacing my first guess would be secondary transfer roller.

Paper is not the metric measure of A4 (210 mm x 297 mm)
on the secondary transfer roller I've changed by another

You have ruled out the drum, the ITB belt, and the secondary transfer unit...and you say it only does it on heavy stock. What about plain paper...same issue? If not, examine the heavy stock for any signs of dimples or dents.

Also, spacing does look like secondary transfer roller.

Does it do it on all colors...or just one? If its just a single color, check the developer roller of the offending color.
