i have an error 100-001 with ir 3570 i want a solution for this error

E100-001 is a beam detect error in the laser unit

After the machine has become ready for image formation (i.e.,the scanner motor is ready for
operation, and the laser has been turned on), an error has occurred 50 times or more (BD error).Check the laser and BD system.

check that the grounding spring for the steel registration roller is making contact with the roller. Reform the spring so that it made contact with the roller -





error code can also be caused by a loose or unplugged BD PCB cable.
Remove the Middle Left Panel and check the 3-wire purple harness to the right of the Laser Assembly as shown below.



Check the H.V. Resistor contacts to make sure they are secured and not broken. Also check grounding plates on metal registration roller, only the operator side tab should be touching the roller and the non-operator side should be in contact with the upper guide plate.

many thanks eng.techat for your support i check the cable of BD pcb which i found not plug correctly i plug and the error disappear
