CANON CLC1150 delayed paper on developing unit

I have a problem on clc1150, when copying the paper it seems delayed from the tray because when jammed at the location of the drum and transfer unit there is toner on transfer drum before the leading edge of the paper reached to that area then it will jam and causing error. Any idea guys? thanks in advance.

I would also make sure that your registration rollers turn smoothly and are not overly thight, registration and attraction spring clutches are cleaned and lubed properly, and that your retention assembly is operating normally.

Have you tried other size papers as well?
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

          do u have a Manual
you need to do a complete cleaning of PICK-UP / FEEDING SYSTEM>
          1-remove all cassette pickup assembly's
2-remove the Multi-feeder Assembly unit (reason>all paper goes to the Pre-registration roller 2)
          3-removeNo. 1 Feeding Assembly (Horizontal Path )Assembly--(Construction)
[1] Registration roller( rubber needs a good cleaning)(replace Spring Clutch Assembly)
          [2] Attraction roller (clean out)
          [3] Vertical path roller
4-Remove the Attraction Roller Unit(Spring Clutch needs to be replaced)
