[Jamming] getting z fold on a V1 finisher

I have a V1 finisher giving me z fold, the z fold happens on the 3rd sheet of a set it happen intermittently, and also 11-09 jams in the buffer unit. I have cleaned all the sensors in the finisher, also cleaned all the rollers in the buffer unit, all this has helped but no fix,

Have inspected & Properly aligned the Perfect Binder A1 to imageRunner

JAM 1109
Set in SERVICE MODE>SORTER>OPTIONS>BUFF_SW to 1

thankz teckat we turned the buff switch off works like a champ I didnt see a lot of speed loss from not using the buffer assy. at least its running
