CANON IR8500 E00220

My copier canon ir8500 has an error (e00220) . it happens aftre copying about 2000/3000 copies.
I switch off the copier for about 30 minutes ,then it copies 2000/3000 copies and gives the same error.
I changed the fluorescent lamp and the lamp heater but still have e00220 .

check your Reader Controller PCB and the Inverter PCB


did u Complete the CCD-ADJ, LUT-ADJ and LUT-ADJ2 adjustments/after lamp replace

Hi,

Check the lamp extremities. If blackened, replace the lamp and execute the adjustments proposed by Teckat. If you change the lamp without the adjustments, its working time will be shorted significantly.
