    Canon 5051 Drum Cleaning

My IRC 5051 has a blank line going through the black only in the direction of the paper.
How do I get to the drum???
With previous Canon copiers, I would lightly rub the drum with a piece of paper.
This new 5051, I can not figure out how to even get at them.
From what I can gather, a tray slide out.
    Appreciate your help.

u need to call foe some experience

    DRUM.pdf
This machine uses four drums, 1 black and 3 color drums.

The black drum item number is, 2776B004BA.
All color drums have the same item number it is, 2777B004BA.

Remove the black drum and inspect the corona assemblies. See if the primary grid cleaner for black fell out and is blocking the charge.

Before removing the Drum Unit/see information about AINR below-----------------
Open the Front Cover, Right Lower Cover and Right Upper Cover
    Remove the ITB Cover
Pull out the Process Unit/Cautiono not touch the drum surface.
1)Hold the grip with both hands, press the Drum Unit against the Developing Assembly and
    pull it out vertically.
    Caution:
When removing the Drum Unit, do not pull it out from one handle.

    How to reinstall
    Caution:
Do not touch the drum surface.
    1) Hold the grip and install it from the top vertically.
    Caution:
When installing it at an angle, the shutter may be damaged. Thus, make sure to install it from directly above.
    2) Align the guide of Process Unit with the guide of Drum Unit and install the Drum Unit.
    Caution:
Since the rail may be broken, make sure that the shutter is surely slid on the rail.
When installing the Drum Unit (Bk) to the host machine, perform the following procedures.
-Place the half fold paper included in the packaging box on the Developing
Assembly (Bk). Be sure to set the edge of half fold paper over the Toner Collecting Sheet of the Developing Assembly.
While the paper is set, install the Drum Unit (Bk) to the host machine.
Hold the folded portion and pull this paper out downward=
    3) Hold the grip part (8 places) with finger lightly and make sure that the Drum Unit is securely installed

When a new drum unit is installed to this machine, the state and data of the old and new drum units are initialized. Once a new drum unit is installed to narrow down the cause of an image failure, etc., the data of the old drum is cleared.

Even if the old drum is re-installed to the machine, its state is considered almost brand new, and a correct print image might not be outputted. Also, if a once-installed new drum unit is installed to another machine, the state and data of the old and new drum units are not initialized.

For these reasons, make sure not to use a new drum unit as a means to narrow down the cause of a failure.

If there is a need to replace the drum unit with a new one to narrow down the cause of an image failure, change the setting of "AINR" in Service Mode to "1" first, and then make the replacement. This setting temporarily disables the initialization of the drum unit.
    - Service Mode > COPIER > Function > INSTALL > AINR (default: 0)

Note: Make sure to set "0" to "AINR" again after the check operation is finished.
