Re: IR 8070 registration Clutch Problem
U first need to start from 13 pin DC Connector A13/pin 5 CL Signal-Pin 4 24VU output>to next 7 pin J198 connector pin 5 CL Signal-Pin 4 24VU >to two pin J200 connector Pin 1 24VU- Pin 2 Reg-CL signal for CL2
remember that is only supplied during timing for Reg.CL to turn on (VU)
think i have it rightu never know
did u back check wiring connectors for a short/or wire continuity**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.** -
Re: IR 8070 registration Clutch Problem
teckat thanks for the reply, i first remove the clutch and apply 12v separately it works, then i remove the registration assembly and keep it a side then turn on the machine (connecting the connector in its place) then checked by coping, the clutch doesnt turn on, Today going to check the wiring, but it seems no problem in wiring, there may be no voltage from the DC controller PCB, tanks for the connector details, did u know in which connector number, this 24v comes form the DC controller PCB.Comment

believe it's DC PCB.
J509>on the J509 A13 side pin 4=24vu/pin 5= Reg_CLAttached Files**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**Comment
