2-printer paper type
3-what was original issue ?
4-using OEM Toner & or OEM Parts(film)



does toner scrape off / or is it just light development areas
check wall voltage -
hot>net
hot>gd
net>gd

what else is plugged in/or is using that outlet
is the machine on a dedicated line.

the customer told me that buy OEM toner and the film is katun and the machine takes voltage from ' joint electricity' not direct from the wall with many equipments and the toner scrape off i wait your reply

how many or what else is using that outlet/ if your line voltage is dropping 5/10% during copying and not a constant voltage that causes fix film voltage issues-

did you or someone measure the outlet voltage during printing-

mostly from toner quality, and fixing. Ensure that you use toner NPG28 not sachet package. Check heater, or replace fixing unit, film quality can also cause this problem.

Check the fixing unit temperature while printing.
