    another ask

    hey guys - another ask - need firmware for Canon imagePASS-A v1.0 EFIGS , I have the firmware but will not be able to get to office tonight - and the client is 200+ mile roundtrip and with going to office that is in the wrong direction! - also what is it with sims? it has ALL the patches but not the firmware?

    Im going to load patch 1-1C7XH6 to cure E677-0010 but need to the load the firmware first to correct the error......FML

    anyone know of a place I can download it from?

    if you have A1 Firmware/ why do u need Firmware

    never seen that patch for a imagePass A1 ??? E677-0010

    E677-0010 is usually because the IMG-CONT setting on the imageRUNNER ADVANCE must be set to 3 first and the printer re-started to confirm the setting is still set to 3 before the imagePASS is attached. If the imagePASS is attached with the IMG-CONT set to 0, there may be issues and you may need to re-install system software.

    If you re-install the same version of system software, be sure to re-install all software patches that were previously installed on the imagePASS.
