    canon ir 6000

    sir i have an problem in duplex or fixing when we have copying single sided finisher the copy crashed in duplex unit and come out outside crashed paper , when i open the grey plate located in duplex the problem is fixed but come out in few days plesase help

          change all delivery rubbers and check fixing rollers.
