Black Mark on Bottom of the paper in ir3045

    Black Mark on Bottom of the paper in ir3045

    Dear,..

    I am facing a problem with Canon IR3045. When i am printing or copying the output comes with Black Mark and Solid line in the bottom of the A4 paper.

    Copy is attached herewith. pls help me,

    Check developing unit.

      check drum unit also, especially the primary roller, seems like contact is bad

        I have changed the Drum unit and Developing unit but the same problem existing

          hmmm , check electric contacts and the high voltage .. check fixing unit too .it seems something periodic

            ok, you changed drum and developing unit, so we can assume, that they are ok. On your picture one can see clearly, that the marks are in equal distance, so it must be something rotating. I would go for the transfer roller and its contacs as next step. even if it seems unlogical that a transfer roller can cause such an image.
