hello I have cannon ir5570 while printing duplex A4 size paper i am facing door open jam.and after removing the jammed paper and starting the machine the problem repeats.please send me the solution thaks in advance

Hello, confirm if the jam occurs in th duplex or before the duplex. The door open is triggered after the jam then look for faulty sensors in the duplex or dirty rollers. You might also need to check the paper orientation.

I suppose a 0Bxx jam code. Clean or replace the upper and lower right door open/close sensors.

I suppose a 0Bxx jam code. Clean or replace the upper and lower right door open/close sensors.

I agree, I have't had a chance to thank you yet Rachid but your suggestion of cleaning/replacing PS48 & PS58 solved my 0B00 Jam Code Errors in an IR7086, may not be same Sensors in IR5570
