    [Electrical] please ! DOWNLOAD STANDBY problem !!!

    hello for all
    I have a problem with ir 1018:
    in the display have a massage "Download standby" and there is no anything which work in a control panel???
    when turn off end on, then again the same!?
    - What can I do ... to resolve that??

      Try reseating the RAM & BOOTROM - otherwise you may need to reflash the F/W using SST.

          best to call for service to pin point issue-----

          iR displays 'Download / Standby' Mode at Power On. The iR functions cannot be accessed through the Control Panel.

          =Corrupt System Software
          = Defective DDR Module


          Flashing the iR to the most current system software, may resolve the issue.
          Replacement of the DDR module may solve the Download Standby Message. The part number for the DDR Module PCB Assembly is as follows:
          iR1018 / iR1022 : FM2-4897-000
          iR1022iF : FM2-4898-000
          **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

              hello .in my opinion you should be use sst and the frimware to reseter this problems
              BEST TECHNICIAN . NICE PEOPLE .

                      yes should u download the last version of FRIMWARS and the FRIMWARS i think is missing

                                  I have the same problem and i need a copy of firmware. Please, give me a link where i can download a firmware copy.
                                  I have got service manual, parts catalog and SST4.53e and i can sent it.
