But I thought 'KATUN corporation' was a very reputable US company, and manufacturing 'Genuine'/Compatible

I have never opened up one of these developers to vacuum bad toner out. What is it like ? Quick and no tricks?

Wasn't too bad, dumped it, vacuumed it, then stuck an empty toner bottle in and ran install mode to get any toner that might be left between the bottle and dev unit, revacuumed and added genuine toner. Was done in less then an hour. My buddy I work for uses almost all katun toner for the profit margin and I have noticed a bunch of machines that are lighter towards the rear side, none this bad though. Hopefully this will help convince him to switch. Thanks again for the input everyone.

Theres a small hopper at the back of the dv with a white cap on it. If theres a finisher its a PIA. otherwise pop receiving tray and stick vacuum right in hopper. Smart move with the empty bottle Mr fixit. I like that one.
