Why did you need to change the fixing film?

    What jam codes are there?

Hi there, There is no error code at all. I did change the film as it didn't fuse properly (easily can wipe out the toner with hand). No error code was showing on the panel. After chaning, Copy 1 or 2 pages is ok. But paper jam occured when continuous copying. I think that my way of doing was wrong. Tuanks for help.

Jams are in service mode. Did you clean off the old grease and apply new grease? Is the fuser pressure on?

              Hi,

I cleaned off the old grease and applied the new one. the problem is happened on continuous coping or printing. First , second page is ok. Fusing well. No jams. Thanks for the advice Brian.

Use canon genuine parts and you will get rid of your troubles.

If you have replace the fixing film only, put 10 drops of fuser oil/silicon oil on the fixing heater element so it will lubricate the new film and causing it to turn smoothly.
Jamming is caused mostly because the film does not turn.

As Rachid.Akli says if you use Genuine Canon fixing film unit you won't have any jamming poor fixing issues, the non OEM films are just not worth using on this model especially as the genuine Canon ones last over 250k I have many that do 500k!
